Mountain Bike Adventure Camps for Kids
Two adventure based camps are offered. Adventure 1 is an
entry into the sport. Adventure 2 is for kids that have
taken Adventure 1 and ready to train to be a bike racer.

obstacles, climbing, descending, gear selection, braking.
Drills/mini races are also included.
Based in
Grimsby, swimming included
The first day is
in Grimsby then its in St. Catharines for the rest of the week,
riding the Squeezer Bike race route. This camp is designed
for becoming a bike racer. Specific technical coaching
complete with a training program is provided. Be
prepared with a good level of fitness(able to ride 2-3 hours per
session) as it will have a much higher intensity.

Join cyclists worldwide in a silent slow-paced ride (max.20 kph) in honour of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. Although cyclists have a legal right to share the road with motorists, the motoring public often isn't aware of these rights, and sometimes not aware of the cyclists themselves. Details |
