Mountain Road Niagara Falls 2nd PIC Class
Environmental Assessment
The Regional Municipality of Niagara is currently undertaking a Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study for the section of Regional Road 101 (Mountain Road/Portage Road) from Regional Road 70 (Taylor Road) to Regional Road 102 (Stanley Avenue) in the City of Niagara Falls. The purpose of the Study is to develop a suitable road design with road surface and intersection improvements, cycling facilities, storm drainage improvements, and additional City servicing requirements such as watermain and sidewalk improvements. As part of the public consultation process, a second PIC is being held to present and obtain comments on the recommended design concept and related issues. Interested members of the public, local business community and agencies are encouraged to attend. |
